本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、FreEase Inc.（以下「当社」）が提供するコンテンツ運用ツール「10x」 （以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの内容

本サービスは、当社および当社が許可した運用担当者が、自社が保有・管理するSNSアカウント（TikTok 等）へ 短尺動画コンテンツを計画・管理・配信するためのツールです。本サービスは、利用者が連携した TikTok アカウントへ、 用意した動画を直接投稿（Direct Post）する機能、または下書きとして送信し利用者が TikTok アプリ上で 確認・編集して公開する機能等を提供します。

2. 利用条件・アカウント

  • 本サービスは、当社が許可した利用者のみが利用できます。
  • 利用者は、本サービスに連携するSNSアカウントについて、正当な保有者または運用権限を有している必要があります。
  • 利用者は、認証情報および連携を適切に管理し、第三者による不正利用を防止する責任を負います。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  • TikTok を含む第三者プラットフォームの利用規約・コミュニティガイドライン・ポリシーに違反する行為
  • 権利を有しないコンテンツの配信、第三者の知的財産権・肖像権・プライバシーを侵害する行為
  • 虚偽情報の流布、スパム、その他不適切なコンテンツの配信
  • 本サービスの運営を妨害し、または不正にアクセスする行為

4. 第三者プラットフォーム（TikTok 等）

本サービスは TikTok の API を利用しますが、当社は TikTok および ByteDance とは独立した第三者であり、これらと 提携・後援関係にあるものではありません。利用者による TikTok の利用には、TikTok の利用規約およびポリシーが別途適用されます。 第三者プラットフォームの仕様変更・停止等に起因する影響について、当社は責任を負いません。

5. 知的財産権

本サービスに関する著作権、商標その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が本サービスを通じて 取り扱うコンテンツの権利は、当該コンテンツの権利者に帰属します。

6. 免責事項

  • 本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性、完全性、可用性、配信の成功を保証しません。
  • 当社は、本サービスの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

7. サービスの変更・中断・終了

当社は、利用者への事前通知の有無にかかわらず、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。 これにより利用者に生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

8. 規約の変更

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知します。 変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

9. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of "10x" (the "Service") provided by FreEase Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a content operations tool used by us and our authorized team members to plan, manage, and distribute short-form video content to social media accounts we own and operate (such as TikTok). The Service can publish prepared videos directly to a connected TikTok account (Direct Post), or send them as drafts for the user to review, edit, and publish from the TikTok app, among other features.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • The Service may be used only by users we have authorized.
  • Users must own or have authority to operate the social media accounts they connect to the Service.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and connections and preventing unauthorized use.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violating laws or public order and morals
  • Violating the terms, community guidelines, or policies of third-party platforms, including TikTok
  • Distributing content you have no rights to, or infringing third parties' intellectual property, portrait, or privacy rights
  • Distributing misinformation, spam, or otherwise inappropriate content
  • Interfering with or gaining unauthorized access to the Service

4. Third-Party Platforms (e.g., TikTok)

The Service uses TikTok's APIs. We are an independent third party and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance. Your use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for impacts arising from changes to or suspension of third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or the respective rights holders. Rights in the content handled through the Service belong to the respective content owners.

6. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, availability, or successful delivery.
  • Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service with or without prior notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from such actions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed and will announce material changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes.
