FreEase Inc.（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するコンテンツ運用ツール「10x」（以下「本サービス」）における 利用者の情報の取扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本サービスは、当社および当社が 許可した運用担当者が、自社が保有・管理するSNSアカウント（TikTok 等）へ短尺動画コンテンツを管理し、連携アカウントへ 直接投稿、または下書きとして配信するためのツールです。

1. 取得する情報

本サービスは、サービス提供に必要な範囲で以下の情報を取得します。

  • 認証情報: 本サービスへログインする運用担当者の Google アカウントのメールアドレス（社内ドメインに限定）。
  • TikTok から取得する情報（利用者が TikTok アカウントを連携し許可した場合）:
    • プロフィール基本情報（open_id、union_id、表示名、アバター画像）
    • OAuth 認可トークン（アクセストークン、リフレッシュトークン、付与スコープ）
    • 利用者が配信のために選択したコンテンツおよびそのメタデータ（動画の公開URL、キャプション、ハッシュタグ等）

2. 利用目的

  • 本サービスの提供（コンテンツの管理、および利用者が連携した TikTok アカウントへの動画送信）
  • 利用者の認証およびアカウント連携状態の維持
  • 不具合対応、品質改善、セキュリティ確保
  • 法令上の義務の履行

取得した情報は、上記の目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えて利用しません。広告目的での販売・第三者提供は行いません。

3. TikTok から取得したデータの取扱い

本サービスは TikTok の正規 API（Login Kit / Content Posting API）を利用します。TikTok から取得した情報は、 TikTok の Developer Terms of Service および関連ポリシーに従い、利用者が許可したスコープの範囲内で、本サービスの提供に 必要な目的にのみ使用します。取得する情報は目的達成に必要な最小限にとどめます。

4. 第三者提供・委託

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。ただし、本サービスの運営のため、以下の 外部サービス事業者に処理を委託する場合があります。これらの事業者は当社の指示に基づき適切に情報を取り扱います。

  • クラウドデータベース / 認証基盤（例: Supabase）
  • アプリケーションホスティング（例: Vercel）
  • メディア配信 / ストレージ（例: Cloudflare）

これらの委託先のサーバーは日本国外に所在する場合があります。

5. 保管とセキュリティ

  • 通信は HTTPS により暗号化します。
  • 認可トークン等の機微な情報はサーバー側でのみ取り扱い、クライアント（ブラウザ）へ露出しません。データベースはアクセス制御により保護し、権限のあるサーバーからのみ参照します。
  • 情報は必要な担当者・システムに限定してアクセスを許可します。

6. 保存期間

取得した情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または利用者が連携を解除するまで保管します。連携解除時には、対応する OAuth トークンを速やかに削除します。法令により保存が求められる場合は、その期間保管します。

7. 利用者の権利・連携解除・データ削除

  • 連携の解除: 本サービスの管理画面からアカウントの連携を解除できます。解除すると当社が保管する当該アカウントの OAuth トークンは削除されます。
  • TikTok 側での許可取消: TikTok アプリの「設定とプライバシー > セキュリティとログイン > アプリの管理」等から、本サービスへのアクセス許可をいつでも取り消せます。
  • 開示・訂正・削除の請求: 当社が保有する利用者情報の開示・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、下記連絡先までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、法令に従い対応します。

8. 未成年者

本サービスは事業者の運用担当者による利用を想定しており、未成年者を対象としていません。

9. 本ポリシーの改定

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。 改定後に本サービスを利用した場合、改定後の内容に同意したものとみなします。

FreEase Inc. ("we", "us") provides "10x" (the "Service"), a content operations tool used by our authorized team members to manage short-form video content and distribute it to social media accounts that we own and operate (such as TikTok), by publishing directly to a connected account or sending it as a draft. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information in connection with the Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Authentication data: the Google account email address of the team member signing in (restricted to our corporate domain).
  • Data obtained from TikTok (when a user connects their TikTok account and grants permission):
    • Basic profile information (open_id, union_id, display name, avatar)
    • OAuth tokens (access token, refresh token, granted scopes)
    • Content the user selects for distribution and its metadata (video public URL, caption, hashtags)

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Service (managing content and sending videos to the user's connected TikTok account)
  • To authenticate users and maintain account connection status
  • To troubleshoot, improve quality, and maintain security
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use information beyond what is necessary for the purposes above. We do not sell information or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Use of TikTok Data

The Service uses TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit / Content Posting API). Data obtained from TikTok is used solely to provide the Service, within the scopes granted by the user, and in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and related policies. We limit the data we access to the minimum necessary.

4. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell or share collected information with third parties except as required by law. We use the following service providers to operate the Service, who process data under our instructions:

  • Cloud database / authentication (e.g., Supabase)
  • Application hosting (e.g., Vercel)
  • Media delivery / storage (e.g., Cloudflare)

These providers' servers may be located outside Japan.

5. Storage and Security

  • All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Sensitive data such as OAuth tokens are handled only on the server side and never exposed to the client. The database is protected by access controls and accessible only from authorized servers.
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above or until the user disconnects their account. Upon disconnection, the corresponding OAuth tokens are promptly deleted. We retain data longer only where required by law.

7. Your Rights, Disconnection, and Data Deletion

  • Disconnect: You can disconnect a connected account from within the Service's admin screen. Disconnection deletes the OAuth tokens we hold for that account.
  • Revoke on TikTok: You can revoke the Service's access at any time from TikTok (Settings and privacy > Security & login > Manage app permissions).
  • Access / correction / deletion requests: Contact us using the details below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We will respond in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.

8. Minors

The Service is intended for use by business operators' team members and is not directed to minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as needed. We will announce material changes on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
